Better than Lacrosse balls
I bought these after having used Lacrosse balls for a while, which I found very useful to massage my shoulders and neck against a wall. I find that the Therapy balls are a bit more useful: they're more grippy, so it's easier to focus on particular areas even when pushing them with my back against the wall. I can also use them to massage the areas around my knees as they're slightly softer than Lacrosse balls - that allows me to push them against bony areas and still get some massage.
Being softer you'd imagine they don't work as well, but they're only soft enough that you can push them against certain areas, they're actually a bit more effective than Lacrosse balls. I'm now using them with Jill Miller's Kneehab DVD, which I'm hoping to get good results from.
