Early days but I’m happy
I’m 60 year and post menopause. My symptoms are not too bad regarding hot flushes and low mood now since I’ve been going through the menopause for over 10 years but a certain symptom still remains. I decided to try Mexican Wild Yam before my forthcoming appointment with a private clinic to address my problem as my new GP won’t help with HRT due to my age and lengthy time I was on them previously. ( I wanted to go back on HRT ) I was weaned off them by my previous doctors in another area where I lived. It’s only been nearly 4 weeks that I’m taking these Wild Yam but I am seeing positive benefits of taking these supplements. My decision has not been made yet whether to cancel my private appointment until I have given these at least 9 weeks to see if they are good enough for my personal issues long term. All I can say is I am honestly feeling positive because I am feeling better on the inside.

I have taken wild yam for a long time as is also helps calm the nervous system. I take 3 a day- the last one I take when I go to bed with chamomile Tea. Good product at good price.

Lindens-Mexican Wild Yam
Mexican Wild Yam is a higher quality product, In an easy to take tablet,I've been taking this product for about 2 years and did not appreciate all it's benefits until I didn't take it for a week, Would highly recommend, I have tried others and were waste of money, Excellent for woman of a certain age and anyone who just wants to improve well being

Hot Flash
Initially I took this product twice a day for it to help with my hot flush. It has been helping me to keep it under control.

Menopause symptoms
I bought this tablets hoping that would help me with the menopausal symptoms and it’s working. The hot flashes are still happening but it’s bearable. I’m taking 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. 1 table a day was not enough.

These have been a life saver honestly i was useing the lindens menopause but had beennfor years and thot they had stopped working abit, changed the the wild yam and they are great realy kicked in after 2 wks of use, and they are a great price 2, will defo biy again .

Highly recommended
I have already reccomended this fabulous wild yam to a lot of my dog owning friends as it’s brilliant to give to your dogs ( not for cats ) but it has turned my little Yorkshire terrier s life around at the age of 12 she got pancreatitis.. I Googled wild yam and used it and has helped her immensely plus has worked for my 13 year old shepherd with itchy skin .. Highly recommended for all dog owners as well as yourselves.

IBS help ,great value
Taking wild yam tablets for a while to help with my Ibs ,and joint pain not to mention hot flushes, really helps but being clever i came of the for a couple of weeks worse thing i could of done my IBS kicked in and joint pain started to build back up again. as for the hot flushes i take red clover with the the wild yam it seems to take the edge of the flushes. no HRT form me.

Best for menopause
If you have problems with menopause these are the tablets for you they really are a life saver. I have been on everything going for my menopausal problems and nothing ever worked until i found out about wild yam Just amazing..but please don't be conned into buying the really expensive wild yam tablets expecting them to be "better" because these are every bit as good if not better...such good value for money and such excellent quality 👌 Give them a go you won't be disappointed

Second purchase
This is my second purchase, I use for the menopause, no more sweating and hot flushes at all, this is the best I’ve used so far as I’ve tried hrt and sage and this has stopped all my symptoms
