Solid, well made and versatile.
This feels like a quality piece of kit, it certainly has some weight to it. The threads turn smoothly with very little backlash which is uncommon these days. The jaws line up accurately and it comes with removable soft jaws which is nice. When tightened up it feels solid, there is no play at all in the adjustable ball joint. Would I use it for heavy duty work, no, it's not designed for that. Would I use it as an extra pair of hands while soldering or to hold an awkward piece when cutting or drilling, yes definitely. I wanted a vice that I could use on any worktop, bench or fence rail and this is perfect for that.

Stanley multi angle clamp
Very easy to use, good build quality and very strong. I've used mine to clamp over 30 tubes which I drilled and tapped with no slippige or issue. The only thing I could possibly criticise is the soft rubber Jaws which split on mine after tightening ten tubes down but I expected this because of how much I clamped each tube. good little vice
very suitable for odd jobs. great movability in swival body but can be a pain as it still moves when in use no matter how tight you have it. holds well and good strength for a smaller vice but didn't always wanna hold my callipers, reverted to a g clamp at times. for hobby or smaller jobs it's perfect and ideal size. seems good quality which is expected from this brandBestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Good vice for home use
Well made vice for small and medium-size works. Angle is easy to adjust, the shape of the vice jaws allows to securely fix round-shape objects (there are triangular grooves in the middle of the jaws) and jaw rubber covers will protect delicate objects from scratching. It grips like a vice.
For the size, this vice has got a 'grip' equal to much larger bench vices...once secured to a solid work-surface, it will hold most smaller-pieces of work firmly in-place at any angle which suits!!. The vice is extremely well-made and versatile and lives-up to the great reputation that Stanley tools enjoy...for many d.i.y and model-making tasks, I think this very useful piece-of-kit is an absolute must..(and I even like the colour!).. Great value; very versatile
One of the most useful devices I've ever found. I can clamp it to my workbench, a kitchen worktop or table edge, a tree branch, a fence. The object I am working on can then be swivelled through every angle without having to unclamp/reclamp the vice itself. Not dissapointed, this is a good product.
This is a very good product, well made and does any job that I need it for. Confidence in what you are working with is everything even when you are tinkering about doing little jobs like I do. It is sturdy and very well made, I knew that Stanley were good but I was shocked at just how good it was for the price that I paid.
