Great cat flap
We had one before and had it fitted into a double glazed panel. This was easy to fit ourselves into a wooden panel beside the door. We didn’t realise the thickness of the panel though which had a gap between so my husband used pieces of wood to fill the gap. The cat flap fits and works perfectly. Just need the cat to start using it now.

good buy
Finally got it installed and my cat is now learning to use it. Great but if you have a DEEP door you might want to get a tunnel cat flap. I had to adapt my own door hole but to no fault of the item.

It was easy to install and it works well. I wasn’t interested in controlling the cats coming in or out so I cannot comment on how well they the controls worked.

We have a thin UPVC door panel so I didn...
We have a thin UPVC door panel so I didn't think we'd need the extender, turns out I should have got one. As it has a magnet to keep it shut it makes the flap more difficult to push open and our 6 month old kitten doesn't want to push it open. I'm sure she will in time. Easy fit and does keep the cold out.

I would recommend this product. Instructions were clear and precise as to ow to fit it, Was easy to fit,if you have the correct tools .
