Try it with confidence!
The product is good quality, delivered quickly, comes with gloves and syringe and two tubes of the cleaning agent. It's very easy to use, requires a little patience, but if this is used regularly, it should keep the printhead in a good shape. Unfortunately my printhead was beyond repair, in which case, the seller gave me £10 refund as advertised. You might not be able to repair every printhead, but with the refund promise, there is not a lot to lose.

Unblocking Epson Stylus print heads
Works exactly as described in the instructions and advert. I had difficulty in gaining access to the printer head due to the layout of my Epson stylus because the lid does not open as much as wanted, and the lid is difficult to remove. Fitting the plastic tubes over the printer nozzle tubes is tricky because of a necessary tight fight. Apart from difficulty in using the kit all worked well first time. Subsequently a single colour nozzle became blocked and I cleared this one only with the knowledge gained from cleaning all nozzles. Putting the printer into change cartridges mode, then pulling out the mains cable makes it easier to move the carriage for kit cleaning.

Did the trick
Had to use several times and for several hours but eventually my printer was restored to a functioning piece of equipment - I thought I would need to replace it so very pleased to report my success

Printhead Cleaner
I have tried this in my epson dx9400 printer. Although I could get the printheads relitavely clean, the printer is still not 100%. I put cleaner through a few times and let it sit for 48 hours but it didn't really help. I might give it another try, but I don't think it will cure the problem.

brings the dead back to life..
make sure you fully read the instructions the tip of warm the product up before you use it works a treat an epson printer i hadnt use for 3yrs in storage was up and running after just 48hrs of treatment.

Quick solution
Cleaning kit is very easy to use. Cured a blockage within 15mins on an Epson workforce, which had persisted for ages. Issue was caused by using 3rd party ink.

Works better over night
First attempt tried the quick method not successful so I tried the over night method worked very well, had to print a couple of colour prints to clear the slight smudge.

Perfect!
Easy to clean my epson printer with this kit! Finaly, my printer worked 100% in about 3 minutes. Enough liquid for more use. Tumb up!

Great job
I had tried other products which had only exacerbated the problem and this was my last resort. The first attempt cleared two of the four heads and then the second attempt finished the job, leaving me with a perfectly working printer again. Highly recommended.
