"Close and comfortable shaves but handle feels cheap"
This is the first time I've tried a Schick razor or the Hydro Skin Comfort cartridges. I have been using another brand with seven blades for years until their quality dropped off. I have a coarse beard and I love the comfort and closeness of the shaves these cartridges give, however, the gel pools on the cartridge tend to get stringy and comes off after a few shaves. The cartridges continue to give a close shave for well over a week before I have to change them. The razor handle is made in China and I've had a cartridge come off the handle three times in a weeks time so I think the handle design could be improved.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Much better than Harrys
I was using Schick for some years. I decided to try that Harrys razor to see if it was really just as good as Schick. It was NOT! One Schick razor head will last me 1-2 months. One Harry razor head lasted barely 2 weeks! It was dull to begin with, not at all as sharp as the Schick blades, and rusted after the second use! I will stick with my Schick blades. Blades lost their sharpness too quickly.
I've been buying blades for my Schick Hydro 5 razor for a while now, so, I can tell the difference between the real deal and a cheap version of a product. These blades, unfortunately, seem to be the second option. After the second shave, they start feeling a little rough, whereas the ones I usually get, they tend to really last me for almost month (I don't shave daily, but I would say I tend to do it every other day). The gel doesn't last for more than a week, but the blades usually remain sharp after it's gone. In the case of these latest blades I bought, the gel it's still there, but they're started to loose it's edge too soon. I usually buy in bundles and have no problem whatsoever with the product. Great razor blades
The Schick Hydro 5 razor blades are the only blades that I can get more then 1 day out of them. I can use them for 1 week before needing to replace them. Best blade best price best shave!
Of all the blades out there, these last me a good 7-8 days. I rarely cut myself, too. I have used Harrys razors, which are good but not as good as Hydro5! I used Harrys a week and went back to thrse. Hydro 3 and 5 for me are not even close to usage amount. Buy these Hydro5 online and basically get two for the price of one. Outstanding Deal - Schick Hydro 5 Blades @ the Best Price!
I got a free Schick Hydro 5 razor when I purchased a 3-pack of shaving gel at Sam's Club. However, I suffered sticker shock when I went to buy replacement blades. That's when I turned to eBay. Great blades at a great price

Schick Hydro 5 Men's Razor Blade Refills - 8 Cartridges

Schick Hydro 5 a much better value than the other guys 5 blade system
I shave with a DE razor and use the cartridge for touch up's and to get those troubled areas under the jaw line, this works great for that and I'm sure just as a regular shaver.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
