The perfect feel good film.
The perfect feel good video. The actors are first rate, the songs are catchy and the script has just the right amount of humour and pathos. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

" Fishermen's Friends." DVD Based on true events. Entertaining, easy watching, heartwarming.
The story held my attention It was funny in places and a bit sad in other places. Very watchable actors and performances. Ready now to watch sequel at cinema.

Good old fashioned

True life story with a comedy twist..
Based on a true life story with a comedy twist. Believable and likeable actors bringing the story to life.. With great scenery to boot.. This is one of the best films I have ever watched, if not the best.. 5* well worth it..

excellent feel good movie with very good actors across the board...
A feel good movie that was so enjoyable I had to have a big smile on my face after the end.. when I realised it was a true story, I felt even more satisfied !!. there are not enough movies like this one available to view..

Loved this film from the start
Loved this film from the start, entertaining, characters brilliant but obviously they would be as it's based on a true story. Emotional moments too at the loss of a family member & I mean family as in the sense of friends too. My daughter even bought the cd to listen to in the car, great voices, overall worth watching again at a later date of which I will.

Cornwall , choirs and love - what's not to like?
If you like Cornwall and Sea Shanties, you'll love this film! Based on a true story, as in a Cornish choir is launched in to the limelight unexpectedly. Nice to have a love story element thrown in even if that bit is fiction. I liked the main male character especially but cringed at some of the attempts at Cornish accents! It's worth a watch but may not end up an all time fave.
