Compact, gives good work-out
Looks a bit flimsy when unboxed but so far is robust and is providing an excellent work-out as I make good on my New Year resolution to rebuild fitness. Very easy to use - simply move the left and right resistance bands to the next pillars to increase resistance as fitness improves and follow the included photo guidance sheet showing all the ways to get a full body work-out using this item. When my work-out is over I fold it back into the provided bag and it tucks neatly behind the sofa until the next session. Resistance exercise band

Easy but beneficial exercise
I have just changed to the second band strength and it is benefitting me already. I can't use my legs so I bought these bands to help me boost my upper body strength. These are ok
These bands are ok especially considering the price. I use them quite often and they haven't broken or anything however have lost their elasticity quite quickly. So I have to use two at a time to get the desired strength. They are ok
Not great quality. The bands came without any indication of heaviness, so I need to compare and try to find out myself (some of them fell the same but in different colours). Unfortunately, there is no black bag to keep them (as shown in the photo) - they came in low quality plastic bags that can't be reusable as they stick in the bands It's a shame...Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Nice set, similar to the ones you used to get from hospital physio.
I was given a similar product by hospital physio, but they had eventually snapped and they’re not able to supply them anymore because ‘some people are allergic to latex’. I’m not able to weight-bear but I don’t want my leg muscles to atrophy so it’s perfect to gently help keep and hopefully build muscle. They have the strength rating printed on, but even better also have it printed as a series of dots, which are much easier to use as I’m visually impaired. Great workout addition
I've been using this since it arrived. I haven't had problems with the bands rolling. Its been a great addition to my workout, id definitely say if you're interested in buying some then definitely purchase. You get multiple strengths and it also comes with a carry bag.
