Seven Seas Omega - 3 - Fish Oil + Cod Liver Oil.

A history of Cod liver oil
I was first given codliver oil c. 1945. I think it was a government handout post war together with a spoonful a day of "Virol",a malt extract health supplement. I liked the taste of cod liver oil but gave it up at some point in childhood. I have taken it up again in old age, thinking it might assist my ageing joints.
