Excellent choice for your CF-30/31 toughbooks. Puchased 2 units from US seller & it arrived as described to Malaysia. I've had to modify the AC plug to suit Malaysian 3pin 240V wall outlet as it came with 110V plug type. Charging batteries were quicker & provides stable constant dc output. Stay away from no name ones!
