Better than new the new replacement
My original ST 6600 (right) broke and I had new model installed by the LBC, ST 6700 I think. The original model was discontinued. This is a review of the ST 6700, not the one I purchased: The quality of the new ST 6700 is awful. Now the large lever is made of cheap metal painted black, and the small plastic lever is very cheap feeling. Both levers have sharp edges which required filing. The shape of the new model is squared off where it attaches to the handlebar, which means it does not fit the V between thumb and forefinger as well as the ST 6600. Therefore, I was thrilled to find this used ST 6600 shifter set. The new one is off the bike and this newly purchased used one is on the bike and all is well again, and shifter even smoother.
