Bottom half of this lip liner is not useable
This is a nice color and decent quality, but half of this lip liner remains within the wite plastic interior casing and is wasted. For such an expensively liner, it should have been designed better, enabling the byer to use all of this lip liner, not only the top half. It's frustrating not to be able to twist the bottom half up and out for use. It remains stuck inside. A waste of money for sure.
