About the BrandGuerlain is among the oldest perfume houses in the world founded in 1828. It was held in high esteem and became the official perfumer for several European royal courts. Among the royalties who used its products were Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and Queen Isabella II of Spain. In 1853 the company gained huge success by launching Eau de Cologne Impériale perfume, made for the French Emperor Napoleon III and his wife. Guerlain is remarkable for the luxurious and rare materials found in its fragrances such as French vanilla and ylang-ylang, which testifies the diligence and undivided attention concentrated in the perfumes.

Stunning
Bought this for my girl as she enjoys smelling great for work, and going out to dinner/parties. Soon as I smelled this, the Vanilla comes through. Very refined scent, she absolutely loves it. If you're really into scents, this is a stunning perfume. Not your typical powdery scent like Viva la juicy or light body spray. This has quality and depth written all over it.

Lost favorite
One of my favorite perfumes. Originally released in Europe and then the US for a limited time, but did not do well here and was discontinued within a year. Has a more powdery scent as compared to L'Instant. It's a shame it was discontinued.

Nice
I own L'Instant de Guerlain and absolutely love that fragrance. But Magic is very different. It was a blind purchase. I have to get used it because of the difference between the two of them. Please read fragrance description and notes on fragrantica. It's nice and elegant perfume I will wear it. I like L'Instant de Guelain just a bit more but it's just a personal preference.
