Better than Prescription
It eases me into sleep promptly, yet maintains a clear-head throughout the night in that I can rise for the restroom without stumbling like a drunk, decide for myself whether I want to continue sleeping or to rise, and when I do wake, I feel alert and refreshed (unlike Trazadone, or diphenhydramine, which makes one groggy and heavy for a prolonged period, almost keeps your brain hostage).
