Works every time! Taste great. Highly recommended ^_^
I love this product. It usually takes me a while to sleep. Took this and it doesn't make me feel super tired but it makes me feel relaxed enough to lay in bed and fall asleep. It doesn't make me feel drowsy or groggy in the morning which I love. The taste is actually yummy. Even if you put it directly into your mouth with no water.

Highly recommended
For those with “odd” sleeping hours or issues with getting to sleep, this has worked better for me than any other supplements or otc sleep aides. I sleep well and don’t wake up feeling extremely groggy or exhausted (like I do with most otc sleep aides).

Boxes were beat up pretty good. Smashed really. U could see where they were taped. I haven't used this product yet as I just received it yesterday.

Yep....I like em. Fit in a backpack, suitcase, pocket. And they WORK
Good,could be better. Can't beat the price. And it works great. It says on the box,don't take with alcohol. They aren't kidding. Take,sleep,no groggy the next morning. Cup of coffee, good to go. :-) Loved the sleep shots,but way too pricey. Good alternative. Yep.....I like em

Good for getting to sleep but not staying asleep
Works pretty well vat getting me to sleep, but sugar content means that I wake up after several hours.

Dream water actually works.
I've had insomnia ever since I can remember. I have tried pretty much everything out there with little to no luck. Dream water is the only non prescription item that has ever worked for me. I highly recommend it.
