Use with caution while taking other meds.
Start out slowly, under 100 mg, if you are taking blood pressure medication. You'll need a good scale that reads to 0.001 g. I bought one on eBay for $14. My first dose gave me a rush with elevated heart rate while taking quinipril, amlodipine, hydrochlorothiazide.
