Very good for adding spice to any dish. It doesn’t change the taste of food much but adds considerable heat. This stuff is hot!!! Not for the faint hearted. I put it in just about everything I cook. It is excellent. Much better than trying to grow the peppers yourself. Which I have tried and failed.
