Good product, does what it says on the tin!
Good product, does what it says on the tin! A bit on the expensive side and only time will tell if it's truly good value or not, but with a 5 year guarantee at least the manufacturers are confident in their product. The leads on the attachments to the battery are just about long enough but are quite short. I had a need to contact their customer support for something specific to me and their response was prompt and extremely helpful which gives me great confidence that if something does go wrong it will get sorted swiftly and efficiently.

Easy to use quality battery conditioner
Already have one of these on a motorbike that is not used very often and just bought another one for one of my cars that doesn't get used that much. Excellent product with features for different types of battery and easy to use. A quality product definitely recommended.

A Brilliant Piece of Kit!
Wonderful charger, high quality, and easy to use. I bought this after reading several reviews. My car's battery was completely flat after sitting unused during the coronavirus crisis, but the CTEK had it up to 80% restart level very quickly. I left it to fully charge and do all the diagnostics and this was done in a total of just over 6 hours. Very impressive and another lesson that it's best to buy quality.

CTEK MXS 5.0 Battery charger.
Excellent quality product, easy to instal & set up. I found the length of cable supplied from the 'çomfort' connection to the ring terminals/crocodile clips to be too short. Not all car batteries are easily accessible,

Top charger.
Well designed and easy to use, will charge without battery removal from vehicle even with the alarm set and the temperature compensation feature is a major bonus and ensures that batteries are always correctly charged whatever the ambient temperature happens to be, I have tested this feature and it really does vary the charging and the float voltage, essential if your vehicle sits for long periods at a time or you just want to ensure you ensure your battery is in tip top condition.. Can be used with an inverter to give remote "in-car" charging if you don't have a garage, either connect directly across the battery or via the cigarette lighter via an optional adapter..

top piece of equipment
can't find anything wrong with this charger very easy to use used it for a 90 amp battery worked perfectly. Did a full charge and recondition after car been stood 8 weeks in lockdown, battery was almost empty car notification warning that battery needed charging took 8 hours to perform full cycle. Excellent piece of equipment I can highly recommend it

Easy to use
The battery charger is really well made and very easy to use, most things you buy now get supplied with poor instructions with this charger you get a excellent user manual, all you do is plug it in select what battery you have from the menu and what charging program you want then just leave it and the 8 lights tell you what stage of the charging it is on and when the battery is ready to use and fully charged, I recommend this product.

Very good quality and performance
I’ve now two of these. Very good features, maintains battery health very well over long period storage of car, and can rejuvenate tired batteries. Capable of handling motorbike and AGM batteries. You won’t go wrong buying one of these.

Perfect for keeping your car battery topped up in short or long term storage.
Can't really say much about this that has not already been said but this is my second one as my first went with the last car and I never needed one until this lockdown thing came in and the current car is now sitting up for a while. And these are perfect for that as long as you have access to a mains supply and can run a cable to the car without causing a trip hazard (I simply ran mine along the back of the fence) Basically for short or indeed long term car storage you can't go wrong and I would rather have a decent brand I can trust than some cheap import for half the price.
