Having been treated very well.
I would like to express my thanks to the seller of the product I purchased from them. First of all they were very helpful in delivering the product to an address in the USA since we live in the UK. It took some time for us to finally pick up the product while visiting the USA. Unfortunately the chess set was badly damaged without the seller being aware of this. The time had long passed to return the product and to receive back our payment. We have been treated very well and have received our payment back with a big apology. We are Dutch and in our country we have a saying that the customer is king and that is the feeling that we have been given in this situation.
