Great for beginners. Perfect item

Brilliant
This is really good fun and also a good way to keep fit. My sister and I do yoga on it every Sunday night and also aerobics, muscle workout and balancing. Ideal
This is exactly what my son and i needed. The workouts are great fun and we can exercise together. It's great to go at your own pace and getting the results from the body test at the end are very rewarding, unless you're like my son and get offended when it says you're overweight!
