GYM Boss
Excellent timer to use when you are doing HIIT cycles or just an all around timer as you are in the gym or doing aerobic exercises!!!! I can set up how many cycles I want very quickly!! I was trying to use my smart phone as a timer but was unable to set and forget! This timer can be set and it will continue with the counting for all the sets you program.. It just works!

Best Boss in the gym
This is a great product that keeps my workouts moving along. Compact, durable & easy to use. I usually play my workout music on "the loud side", so I wear my Boss with the Velcro strap around my upper arm. So if I don't actually hear the beeps, I can feel it vibrate. The Boss is boss.

Just what I needed for interval training

Gymboss Timer and stopwatch
