Good
The product comes in 3 sachets with instructions how many sachets to use depending on how bad the lime scale is. I used 2 with a 50% improvement and then the remaining one. LOVELY CLEAR WATER AND TASTES BETTER

Environmentally unsustainable
I bought 2 of these and I received them in a massive packaging which felt unreasonable for the size of the item. No concept of environmental issues whatsoever which is a cause of concern!
