Small
I found it was to small to use, it was hard to hold. ( I have peripheral neuropathy) It would have been a lot better if was bigger.

compact pill extractor
I would have given 5 stars ,but this item was purchased for someone else to use , so I cannot speak with authority on it's use. How ever it was compact well made , but I thought maybe if it came with a diagram or written instructions it might have helped the recipient.

For arthritic fingers, this gadget is a great help. It makes getting tablets out of blister packs much easier. Only problem is it's size - for stiff fingers, it is just a little bit too small to handle easily. Could do with being a bit bigger even if it costs a bit more.

Just what I needed
So helpful & no hand or stiffness pain, really easy to use makes getting out those tiny pills so easy now.

Not helpful
Didn't really help punch out the tablets and it is flimsy, not very strong. Have decided to use a knife to puncture the film on the back of the tablets to help get them out.
