Reviews"Industrial dystopia disco looks good on Goldfrapp....The common pleasure in Goldfrapp’s many stylistic directions is escapism—to a dream, a film, a dance floor.", "In ‘Become The One’ Alison sounds devilish, possessed. In ‘Zodiac Black’ it’s the music that sounds possessed, while she intones a sweet whisper over the top."
Additional InformationFeaturing co-production by John Congleton and the Haxan Cloak, the duo's seventh album is satisfyingly eclectic.
Goldfrapp over the years have matured into one of my favourite bands Tales Of Us was a turning point for Goldfrapp and thought the album was great and went to see them live for the 1st time at Leicester Demontfort Hall and thought they were excellent certainly one of the best gigs I've been to in a long time so had to buy their recent C.D SILVER EYE and was not disappointed another brilliant CD from Goldfrapp. Sit back, headphones on, dim the lights and totally chill out with Silver Eye you'll love every song.
For those of us who know and love Goldfrapp's music, this latest album will not disappoint. Quality music from start to finish. A great listen and particularly good for a long drive.
