Indigenous Groups Peacefully Entertain In Support of ANWR
Oddly enough most of the selections here are performed by Southwestern USA Indigenous singers and bands in support of ANWR, a vast North Alaskan wild refuge where caribou migrate, clean rivers transport fish, and Indigenous Alaskans subsist. Oil companies want to develop this region, risking the ancient, fragile way of life. Relaxing, beautiful chants and drumming music is enjoyable. This CD is a real treat. Recommended.
