There's no going back.
So many people have raved about how good these are. After using it, I can see why. The tape is easy to read, the gauge metals on the case afford milimetric precise accuracy and the scribe points are useful. The slide out 10cm rule makes internal measurements a cinch to get right too. Add to that the hole for circle measuring or scribing and the facility to measure circumferences. It's well built too and the locking mechanism's just - better. Add to that - it's made in Britain and - the tape itself is replaceable. Which is what I'll use when the end eventually gets damaged. I won't go back to anything else - this makes accurate work easier and faster

Instructions
The only thing I feel is missing from this product is when you bought the older blue talmetre it came with a little booklet explaining how to use, I've bought these for work friends & have to explain how to use. Please supply the booklet again.. Andy Mc.

Brilliant tape.
My favourite tape so far. Very pocketable and light, great for taking internal measurements. The release button is quite stiff, but it's not a deal breaker. Haven't used the circle marking and diameter measuring features, but it's nice to have them. Edit: 2 years later. Having been used every day on the job, the tape stood up very well. Spring and lock are strong, the scale is a bit scuffed but easy to read still. The marking nib still marks, handy when speed is needed. The only drawback is the narrowness of the blade which lends itself to taking longer measurements fiddly. But it is a pocket tape, and that's to be expected. Money well spent.

Quality tape measure.
I love this little tape measure. It lives in my pocket now. I barely know its there. I've steered clear of 3 metre tapes before because they were always so flimsy. This one is a sturdy little measure. Great for so many jobs in the workshop. I'm going to get some more very soon.
