Great reel, great value.
Best all-around 30-lb reel for the price. Drag settings are linear. It casts great (once you clean up the excess grease from the manufacturer). You can easily fish 50 lb. I bought this one as a present. The one I use is 3 years old and have had no problems. Powerful n smooth
I am honestly not a fan of Penn fishing reels. I was debating between this real and a Daiwa 50 saltiest star drag that I like. I ended up buying both but putting this real on a tiger ugly stick 130 to 180 pound class jigging Rod. I used the real this weekend and caught nice Amber Jack and very big red snapper on it. I was super impressed by the drag and power. Like I said I am not a huge fan of penn but this real may have opened up the door to me trying more of their reels.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Budget reel good for smaller bottom fish but wouldn't recommend it for large grouper or wahoo.
