Cool again
Our original Dyson remote became very temperamental, we changed the batteries and it didn’t work at all. We could put it on by hand but you couldn’t have it swinging so only one of us kept cool. This replacement remote works perfectly, I could not tell the replacement from the original, so now we are both cool again.

Great to get a replacement
It was great to get a replacement remote for My Dyson heat/cool air. I will keep this remote safe so my granddaughter doesn’t move it. She’s only little. It works great and came quickly.

Worked immediately
Worked immediately; no issues great thanks. No idea how I lost the old one but what a relief to have the heater going again. No complicated set up, no incomprehensible instructions, just point and go.

Excellent item, I thought the colour was...
Excellent item, I thought the colour was silver to match my fan but it was gold. Still works though and happy enough.
