This was an excellent product. It held the turkey up high enough to give it air flow on the bottom side and kept the bird moist.
It held the Turkey up to allow air flow on the bottom side and the tube filled with liquid kept the bird moist from the steam... Can be used in the oven to keep the bird out of the liquid. It a;so cooked in less time.... Built well and well worth the little it cost...

It only has one use......
to hold the 12 ounce beer can(s) in a stable manner, so that you can place the chickens on for grilling. This is very nice because it keeps everything from flopping around ...recommended if you grill a lot.

Chicken holders look like they will work great, they are sturdy built and have a nice finish on them, I have not used it yet but i'm sure it will work great.

Double Delight
