BUY the expanded 2021 version with more content and has the shepherd and the sheep on the front cover.
The thin is, that the basic version has a picture of a man pointing to Jesus. Even so there is an updated and expanded version which has even more content and is published in 2021. This version has a shepherd and his sheep on the front cover. So even if we think we want to buy the cheaper version, I would say that it's better to offer the expanded version as this will show less wear and tear and the spine binding will be in a better conditions. The Gospel poem I wrote about this was featured recently, January 2024 on Revelation TV and the poem is on the poemhunter--com website, too. It's called THE SCRIPTURES IN PICTURES. Poem by Denis Martindale. The SCRIPTURES IN PICTURES My first Bible cost two-and-six. And how long ago that was. My Bible had some coloured pics. But not one that showed the Cross! The decades passed until I bought A New Testament as well. A comic book, well done, I thought. With some precious tales to tell! Later still, I'm so glad to see, There's The Action Bible, too. With precious pictures and scenery, So there's even more to view! I'd like to get a hundred more, And the Gospel still to share, So other folks could then explore Every revelation there! Denis Martindale, for the 20th of December 2023. The poem got updated on the 10th of January 2024. The Gospel poem got shared on Revelation TV's Prayer Time Live on Tuesday, the 16th of January 2024. The Prayer show included a reference to the healing book, Avenues Of Healing which I wrote a Gospel poem about. I recommend that people buy a secondhand copy to do some research first before buying brand new copies as ones to share or to give away. Though regarded as fancy comics, the art is so well done that I "marvel" at it. We know that young children like pictures and some text yet remind yourselves that children must have clean hands so as not to mark the pages. Some copies get sold with gift presentation details and these aren't shown by the sellers, so buying secondhand or pre-owned copies is a gamble if trying to sell or give away later. I've received brand new copies still enclosed in a plastic cover, so I was careful when trying to get this cover off without damaging the item inside. So remember the 2021 version has the shepherd and the sheep on the front cover.

Best bible comic book for children
Hardback full size lots of pages. Excellent quality glossy paper with excellent color print. Covers all the bible as stories. Very narrative with first person speech.
