User setup and remote is a Disaster
Poorly designed user control Pictures are great, but user satellite program selection setup is a disaster. No clear user instruction guide, difficult to sort programs. No way to delete unwanted channels. The remote that is provided is unusable when selecting channels with the number buttons. The "My Channels" is probably the best method to select your channels, but limited to only a few channels. Selecting favorites and then using them took hours to discover how actually get too them. And again the number buttons on the remote do not relate to the favorites selected nor are the numbers changed to indicate where in the channel order they exists on the remote accept to just use the up-down button. Very poor engineering. Getting LG to answer is a giant chore it itself. It took many emails, surveys, chats, and non answers that resulted in absolutely no help. The uses guides are also worthless
