Perfect protection for hands (Givi handguards)
I've been thinking for some time about getting a pair of handguards for my motorcycle. I have heated grips and winter gloves, but I still feel the chill from motorway air across the back of my hands and fingers. No more! The Givi handguards are very easy to fit, well designed and made and transform the comfort of my hands. Really pleased with the product and glad I didn't buy cheap.

Budget handguards for MT09
Price is good ( thro' e-bay ) , but plastics quality isn't so great. Plastic guards fit direct to new bar ends provided, with a pressed steel bracket attached under the mirror mount at lever pivot ends, which doesn't appear to be very strong. The Givi kit doesn't have a strong metal bar around the levers which the plastic guard fits to, which is what I was expecting. It's fine as a wind deflector, but I'm not sure how effective the guard would be in a heavy impact.
