Great mixer!
This is the aircraft carrier of home mixers! It can handle large batch bread making without the dough coming up to the top. The up and down lever is great and facilitates ease of putting on and taking off of the mixing bowl. The plastic collar has an opening to add ingredients, which ensures ingredients are easily added during mixing. My new kitchenaid stand mixer
It was a gift from my aunt and cousin to replace my old one that finally bit the dust after 45 years. I bake for extra income so it was a must have. My old one was the simple artisian model and that's what I was going to replace it with. Since they offered to buy it, I was trying to concider the price. My cousin insisted that I upgrade to the professional model. I'm so glad that I finally accepted the blessing. I was so glad to find one that I could bid on in order to save them some money. Quieter!!!!
I had a 6q mixer and it was too loud. I loved the size, but could use it when when my wife was in the house due to the decibel reading. I really love using the 1 horse power DC motor...... it is a lot quieter!!!!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Best mixer for the money

The best thing I use in the kitchen.

Recommend this mixer
This is my 3rd Kitchenaid mixer in 27 years, I wanted a larger size than the old 5 quart Artisan I used for 18 years. After searching online, I decided to buy the 7 quart mixer. I must say, I am so pleased with my decision! The mixer is beautiful, & works like a dream! It's a keeper!!

Great product that will be put to much use.....
A beautiful appliance with extra capacity bowl. This counter top mixer is powerful and fairly quiet. The glossy red is a beautiful contrast to our dark granite countertops. Our only concern to this family "Christmas" gift is that I have not been able to find a glass [or a copper] bowl made for this larger model....all I've been able to find is for the 5 Qt. models.
