Good value for the do it yourselfer!
The metal frame and plastic connecting parts are strong and work fine for me. I would recommend these to a purchaser who has some mechanical skill. There was no instruction manual included, so I made sure to carefully measure and lay-out the parts so they would be assembled correctly (If assembled incorrectly, the frame will not be the proper width for hanging folders). The flat folder-suspension-bars were not well finished at the ends. I used a bench grinder to chamfer the ends so they would slip into the plastic connectors without damage. A mill file could also be used for this.

Using a chain cutter made the sizing of the side bars easy. Assembly was assisted by a rubber mallet. Inserting into the cabinet drawer took just a bit of light inward bending to navigate the frame of the cabinet. The hanging files hand straight and are easy to move back and forth. This is a good assembly to keep files neat and easy to access.

Easy Conversation To Hanging Files
Such a simple product that updates conventional filing to vastly improved hanging files. My cabinet is not deep, so the breakaways were indispensable to get a good fit. It was great to preserve this beautiful oak filing cabinet.

Good if you can make an accurate cut on the metal
The metal pieces needed shortened and were tricky to cut as they were bending too short, messed 1 up and got help with the other 3.
