great tv show
modern law and order with sheriff Longmire who is a bit old school. Very entertaining and also featuring Lou Diamond Philips in a good role

A Western of Quality
A great western series of a strong leader. The characters are believe able and the story lines are well written. Very enjoyable from beginning to end.

Longmire is a great show.
I purchased season one of Longmire for my friends husband as I knew he would like (and they did not have streaming) I am on season six for the second watch for me. Love this show. Wish they had more.

Longmire is the Champion of all series!
Longmire is the best series ever made period! From episode one through the end this series keeps you on your toes and lost in the story with the Longmire cast. They do not make series like this anymore & this is a true keeper. Longmire Forever!

Not for Everyone
This is a different type of modern day "western" that is entertaining but dark at times. The characters do an excellent job. For me, a little difficult to follow at times and had to watch a couple of times to make sure I understood what was going on. I would recommend everyone at least give it a try.

If you haven't seen Longmire, you really need to.
Longmire is a story about a Wyoming Sheriff who is in a constant battle with injustice. He's a tough, handsome, old bird with his own close to home crime story, that unveils itself throughout the series. You will love the characters and look forward to seeing them again and again. I recommend this series to anyone who likes a good "Whodunnit" with great actors.

Love Longmire
I was disappointed when the show Longmire was cancelled. Fortunately I can now enjoy it again in DVDs. I have seasons 1,2, and 3. These DVDs were a great value. Love them!

Great video series - a modern day western
Don’t miss this one. There are, I believe, five seasons. They are entertaining and engaging. Only shame is that the series is no continuing.

excellent
Exciting characters and storylines. The Character of Henry Standing Bear is a little too small in stature to fit the book character, as well as somewhat wimpy in his outlook, and the character of Vic is not true to the character in the book in a number of ways. But, putting that aside, it is a good work on its own merits if one is not familiar with the development of the book characters.

Longmire lives!
I had watched the earlier series on TV and was disappointed when they cancelled. I enjoyed catching up with the complete season 1...now I'm ready for the new ones. Good engaging story...takes me back to the good old days, but with a modern updated twist.
