Effective and long lasting
I use the patch for an arthritic knee and back pain. I cut off the amount I need for whatever ails me at the time. Whilst the patch will burn after a while it is tolerable and I find it beneficial in controlling both muscle and knee pain. The patch lasts for hours. Be warned though that if you take the patch off just before a bath it will sting. Have also used the patch on a sore back and it is very effective. I have used other patches and about every cream known to man. But this patch is superior to all of them. I experimented with how much of the patch to use. Sometimes a small amount is still helpful. To keep the patch on my leg I use a paper tape to hold it on as my clothes tend to pull the patch off. If you have muscle or arthritic pain I believe that the patch is the best on the market to alleviate that pain. I hope others find this review helpful Ken

Great heat plasters
After trying other products I decided to revert to Elastoplast ABC heat plasters that unfortunately were no longer available at my local pharmacy. Tried eBay and found that they were available and cheaper. They can be cut to the size you need, however you can't keep the remainder for too long as their potency dies. After applying they don't take long to warm up and after some time can feel like a patch of sunburn. I can tolerate this for most of the day as this product works for me. Make sure to read all information on the pack before proceeding. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

ABC heat patch
I’ve used this product for years now. They are fantastic at relieving back pain. I have scoliosis, disc degeneration and disc bulges! I like the way they’re not bulky under clothing and easy to use. Just don’t have a shower as soon as you take them off - ouchies!!!

Excellent pain control
Lasts about 24 to 36 hours. Gets very hot then gradually wears off. Some may not be able to handle the heat. Great product but can be expensive if you want pain relief all the time.
