Good but had to take extra
They work well but for an adult male you will need to take more than the recommended dosage. I weigh about 180 lbs and it only worked when I started taking 2 pills 3 times a day. The amount of psyllium husk in there is about as much fiber as one pea. I supplemented it by consuming extra psyllium husk certain days to increase soluble fiber. You should also take it before meals and eat a lot of fiber while you're on the cleanse. If you keep eating pizza and hot dogs it won't work either. You will definitely feel much better when u start emptying all that extra unwanted cargo, and you could dramatically increase your lifespan by keeping cleared out.

Stronger than ever?
This not only worked but worked too quickly and with a great deal of abdominal pain, which lasted for days. The company itself that sold this was efficient and quick in delivering the product.. I give the product a 3 but the seller a five.. Took the prescribed quantity, it was too much. I went down to two still had ab pain for nearly three days. Very good but be careful using it.

Works well !!
I've been taking this product for years. I take 2 daily which is much less than the suggested dosage and it works well for me. In this case the less the better and it works!

Excelent product!
This product has helped me over the years to fight with constipation, without being harmful and/or too harsh as most laxatives are. I totally recommend it if you're looking for a natural, gentle product.

Be aware
This product works as it should for cleansing relief but be aware that it is to be used very carefully by seniors as it is easy to become dependent on this type of product. Only use it every 6 months or so for seniors to be safe.

I’ve been using it 20 years
I don’t even try other products because this has always worked for me. If you want to loose weight and cleanse your colon try it, but be warned it works so follow the bottle’s instructions but I really recommend starting off easy.

An AMAZING product!!! It's great to use twice a month for a cleanse or once weekly until satisfied. Must drink with plenty of water when using,works well!!! This product has also helped clear my skin.

Simply and easy
I used the powder for years and it worked. I decided to try the caps with the same amount of powder in the caps for convivence. Now I just take the caps in the morning, and it is simpler. It cost much more this way but its ok. Thanks to you for your product.

A Cleanser that works.....
I have used this cleanser for cleansing and found it to be gentle and works in hours. If you want a thorough cleaning this is my recommendation without hesitation. I continue to use today, when I need a good cleansing. It hasn't disappointed me yet!
