Great Product for Linux users
I give this product a 5 star review due to the fact I couldn't find a wireless adapter that could automatically connect to my Linux Mint 20 operating system. not optimized for ubuntu/Linux use
I spent alot of time trying to make this product work with Ubuntu/Linux (on a Laptop). It does magnify the wifi signal on some wifi sources. But the Ubuntu/Linux software driver that works with this hardware is not stable enough. Even after a wifi connection is established, the communication dropped about 20% of the time after about 10 minutes. I would not recommend this product for use under Ubuntu--unless a new driver is available that works reliably with this product. A very good network adaptor
I own about four Alfa Awus036H adaptors, 3 for my 3 computers and 1 as a spare. Pros: Good signal to noise ratio. This adaptor has good sensitivity, and can hear hotspots that are far or weak in signal strength. This unit also works with the Alfa R36, a personal router that you can share a signal with several computers. Cons: Like a lot of good products, this adaptor is cloned or counterfeited by the Chinese, so you have to be careful that you get the orignal unit that's made in Taiwan.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Well! What can be said other than. " totally absolutely amazing " I have been attempting different solutions to my pentesting environment and had heard about the Cantenna on my mission. So I decided this was the way to go, and I am amazed! The wavelength directional antenna suits all my needs for testing, literally point to your target and away you go. Away from pentesting this really does boost your signal. I went from picking up 4 - 5 WiFi access points to picking up over 20. works great
Gave me a solid stable connection to my landlords wifi that is too far away to give me a good signal normally. Now its like I am right by my landlords router. Before the connection would drop every 2 minutes and was completely useless. Now I can even stream videos. A good card and an excellent range.
