Watch shows UK (GMT) time - can be changed to CET (GMT+1) with a little skill.
Please be aware that this watch receives the time signal from a UK transmitter ('Anthorn') meaning that it shows UK (GMT) time.
So if you live in another time zone you should be aware of this and you may also have difficulties receiving the time signal if the distance to the transmitter is to big.
I live in a part Europe (Denmark) where the time is CET (GMT+1) so I had to unscrew the front cover and move the hour dial to the one o'clock position after all hands have returned to the 12 o'clock position (you can not just turn the hour hand to the correct position - you must lift all hands off and then refit the hour hand it into the right one o'clock position and the other hands to the 12 o'clock position).
However be aware that it requires some skill/tools to take off the hands as they have a tight fit on the axles and are made from soft alu sheet - it's almost impossible to remove them by hand - you need e.g. two small screwdrivers to lift them off.
Now the clock works fine and shows CET time.
