Works fine, takes instructions
I've had a P-Touch for 20 years, yet this one required me to spend an hour with instructions to get anything done. DO NOT misplace your instructions to this unit, or you will never figure out how to do certain things. Glad I bought it
It was quite easy to use, inexpensive, and produced a good product. The batteries acted up once when I first started using it, but was fine after I took them out and wiped off the ends.
