The album reached #30 on the UK album charts at the time. Cut is included in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die. Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain listed the song "Typical Girls" in his top 50 favorite recordings of all time.

Great cover!!!

Surprised!
I wasn’t sure how I would like this album since I had never heard of the band, but I am glad I took the chance! They’re kind of a post punk band without being too grandiose about it.
