Easy to use
Was in original box but found out it had been used and had been set up with a user. So had to do some research and found out how to reset it to factory settings. After that it was a piece of cake to set it up. Had to upgrade to newer modem for my internet and this was one of the best.

Using the Xfinity installation instructions available at the manufacturer's website, it installed easy and works like a charm.

Super modem router combo.
Solved all problems we were having with buffering and loss of internet. Problems totally gone with this item. Couldn't be happier with it.
