I have taken this morning and night for over twenty years
I have allergies and tend to get sinusitis. This was recommended by my allergist and it really helps. She also recommended Costco's 24 hr Aller-Fex which I cut in half and Wal-Phed, which is Walgreen's store brand for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, 12 hr Nasal Decongestant Tablets. With these three I rarely have sinus infections. All of these are over the counter, but you can get more Wal-Phed with a prescription. Hershey 94506

Good product; excellent price
It is suddenly difficult to find guaifenesin (Mucinex) 12-hour in the marketplace. It was not available at Costco last time I checked. Other online prices are very high. What a relief to find it here for such a good price! This is the real product, works great and it was reassuring to see the expiration date posted before I bought. You can find generic guaifenesin in every-4-hour tablets, but if you have to take it every day for the rest of your life, this once every 12-hour option is just so handy. Highly recommended.

Great Product.
Mucinex is great for clearing phlegm, especially if one is a smoker or has chest congestion due to a cold. Love this product

Works Great!
I have been using Mucinex expectorant products for several years ...love that they a have a 12-hour maximum strength version . I have sinusitus and allergies and this has always helped to ease my symptoms.

Great Decongestant/Expectorant.
I have asthma and some bronchial allergies (especially dust), and although I use a steroidal inhaler, rescue inhaler, and Singular, I sometimes find myself in high-allergen situations where I need a little extra help. Mucinex (with just Guaifenesin) is a very effective, long-acting decongestant/expectorant (particularly when accompanied by plenty of fluids) that always does the trick for me.

Awesome product
These are great. I’ve been put on them a couple years ago when I had pneumonia and it really helps get all that thick gunk out of my lungs. Getting all the out also helps with my breathing which helps my COPD.

good value on brand name Mucinex
this is one of those rare times when I want the brand name instead of generic. The price is good enough to be competitive with generic so, I am happy. Product arrived with about 15 months remaining before expiration.

Great product. Important to me as the results are as promised.
I use Mucinex 1200mg 2X a day. It’s a fantastic product for me and it’s important for me to get the best and most for my money. This was an excellent find.
