Superb Instrument with a balanced sound and superlative build quality. Recommended.
This is my first Guitar so I'm only speaking from a novice's point of view. Brian May may disagree! I done a bit of research before buying the Yamaha. I've always liked Yamaha products anyhow. I listened to several on line demonstrations of Acoustic Guitars below the £200 mark, monitoring through my HiFi, and found the Yamaha to have the best overall balance. The sound is bold and detailed with a lovely resonance. The build quality is mind boggling for the money, or any money come to that. Beautifully finished with a nice gloss on the main body and a satin finish on the neck. The tuning knobs are superbly made and finished and the Instrument holds tune after the second tune up. The Fender CD 60s came very close, and maybe sounded a little sharper, but I thought the Yamaha was 98% as good for less money. An excellent product that's beyond fault as this price.

Good for beginners
This is undoubtedly the best all round guitar for beginners and well heeled alike,in both tone quality and price you won’t find a better instrument.If you want a good guitar at great price look no further

Arrived Promptly Yamaha F310
Arrived quickly, no damage, lovely looking gutair. Strings closer together than I was expecting on the neck, but likely my fault for not reading the description properly

Play ability
At first action to high, adjusted action, replaced strings to 11s good to play. Very happy now.
