Great for building strength and balance
This is an excellent way to improve balance. I used this during physical therapy and it is versatile and easy to use.

Fantastic all around great gym tool at home
Bosu ball is great for almost all workouts. It can be deflated for travel in a car or train. Just standing for 10 minutes a day improves balance. Great feedback for push-ups!
