Half the size of my other power supply.. more amps?
I know this unit looks small, is priced way too good to be real and just can't be any way this thing can push 50 amps. Except it does. This unit, half the size of my MFJ power unit which says it can do 35 amps.. is running both my 250 watt and 350 watt linears just fine.. don't even seem to strain and sure doesn't seem to even throw off that much heat. Not sure how long this unit will last but it's definitely made a believer of me.

It Doesn't Get Any Better! Lightweight and Performs!!!
The Jetstream JFTP50A 50 Amp 13.8 VDC power supply is perfect for use with amateur radio transceivers or mobile linear amps in the shack. It produces no noise or rf hash. You don't know it's even being used. This product is hard to beat. You won't be disappointed! Dennis / N4ECW

Great switching power supply
I purchased The power supply for my Kenwood TS-480HX ham radio. The radio draws 200 W and requires 41 A of current. The power supply purrs along while supplying full power to the radio. It’s quiet and I have noticed no RF noise or hash. I would recommend this power supply. The Anderson power poles mounted on the front panel are also very convenient as well as the large power posts on the back panel.
