Qnap TS-119
It's not the fastest on the market, but it does the job quite well. There's no fan so it's very quiet. The alumium cover get warm, but not too much, you can keep hand on the cover. If you don't need the fastest NAS and want to save some money this is the right choice. But keep mind, it has only one hdd bay. I liked it and still using.
