This product really works.
Clear has natural anti bacterial qualities. My husband would get very sick from sinus infections year after year. About 10 years ago, I purchased Xclear, not really sure if this product would work. Well, let me tell you, he hasn't had an infection since he began using it. It was my Dentist that explained how it works. Xylitol is a natural sweetener, but it makes your sinuses slippery so bacteria cannot attach, therefore, no infections. Xylitol is put into toothpaste also, for the same reason. I have recommended this product to many sinus sufferers, and it works for most individuals.

Xlear is a wonderful, soothing nasal spray. Not just a normal saline spray, this one used twice a day can be part of a preventative for Covid virus. It coats, hydrates and protects nasal passages and helps breathing. I’ve used it for several years.

A breath of fresh air.
I got addicted to an over-the-counter nasal spray and needed to find a way to stop using it and still be able to breath. I saw reviews of this product on YouTube and bought some. I mixed my first bottle of Xlear half-and-half with the over-the-counter nasal spray and used that until it ran out and then I used only this product from there forward. It's great!

Helps keep sinusitis at bay
My ENT first recommend XCLEAR when I had chronic sinusitis and I had my sinus cavities stretched. It works like a dream in keeping my nose free of allergens and clean. Read the instructions. It is best to blow your nose first and then use the XCLEAR several sprays . Blow your nose againif necessary and clear out any drainage by spitting it out. Your nose will thank you! This is cheaper OTC.

Allergy / sinus help.
This is the best natural product I have found to help with allergies and sinus issues.. if anyone is not for chemical solutions, then this product works great, not perfect , just great. I highly recommend it ..

Good alternative but not a perfect solution
I turned to this product because the medically prescribed nasal sprays were causing me to get sores in my nose which were quite painful and frequent. Although this product does not work as well as doctor prescribed nasal sprays for allergic rhinitis, it helps a lot to control the constant itching in my nasal passages and I don't get the sores in my nosed caused by other nasal sprays. It's a good alternative, but not a perfect solution.

Buy Xlear. It works well !
I have been using prescription allergy/ nasal sprays for years and they have gotten to where they just don't work. Plus they are always nasty tasting, when they drip. The Xlear was recommended to me by my chiropractor who uses it and so does his family. It was recommended to him, by his Osteopath. I love the product and will continue using it !

Best general use sinus wash.
Been using for years. It does a good job clearing sinuses and usually helps keep them clear and helps eliminate me getting sore throat. Helped quite a bit during covid also.

Easy to use, no bad after taste
I use this product daily and especially before going to bed in order to add moisture to my nasal passages. My ENT doctor recommended it and it is not a prescription drug. It works better than anything else that I have tried. Easy to use and no bad after taste in the back of my throat or mouth. Sometimes I get the "sweet" taste which is OK by me. It was not easy to find; none at Wal Mart or Wall Greens. I opted for eBay as I use this for many things that I purchase. The price seemed a bit high to me at first but I am amazed at how long the product lasts. I am still on my original first purchase which was almost a month ago. I am totally satisfied with this product.
