No Bluetooth on Bose Wave IV Music System
Everything about the music system is just as described with amazing sound quality and easy to use functionality. Recognize that the factory description includes ‘Bluetooth’ as a key feature. However the unit is not Bluetooth enabled out of the box. You must purchase an additional device that plugs into the unit to make it Bluetooth compatible.

Has the warm vibes of old time radio!
This system has a full rich sound, reminiscent of the tube radios of the 1950s. It is warmer sounding than most of today's digital audio systems - yet it has modern digital features like the ability to play audio and MP3 CDs. The only additional feature I would hope for is independent base and treble controls - to adjust for unbalanced audio source material.

Great system
Bose products do not disappoint. Came ready to plug in & use straight out of the box. You would never know the system is reconditioned. It looks brand new with no signs of wear at all. Sound quality is phenomenal. Very pleased with this purchase.

Couldn't be happier!
I went from a Onkyo 50w Tuner Amp with 3 Way JBL's to a Bose Wave Radio and have no regrets whatsoever. Great sound, easy to use, compact and portable. The tuner is excellent and I'm now receiving stations I never could before and without an antennae. Compact design takes up less than 10% of my previous system thereby providing more room for other uses. My only regret is I didn't get the WIFI model for streaming music. Highly recommended. Thank you Bose!

Really great sound in a compact system
The sound quality is amazing both for radio and CDs. It makes me want to listen to all of my CDs again! It would be nice if there were some basic control buttons on the top - there is only a power off touch pad - so the remote must be kept handy to change the volume, skip a track etc. The upside of this is that all of the controls are in one place (the remote), and the look of the system is kept minimal and clean. I would recommend this system if you want high quality sound in a compact setup.

Beautiful condition and just as described.
The Wave Music System was refurbished and arrived like new in a factory carton. Bought this for my 88 yr old mother. It is so easy to use. Excellent sound and perfect for her CD's. Radio reception is great and easily programmed for Mom to access her favorite stations.

Wonderful sound, but horrible CD player.
Sound quality was amazing when it actually did operate. However, the CD player quit working less than 24 hours after first powering on the unit. Needless to say, quite unimpressed. Also, there are no controls on the unit itself requiring the use of the remote control to do anything. The new Bose Wave Music systems are a pretty significant downgrade from the first generation models. Those early models had the CD player built in to the top of the unit which was so simple to use. Just lift the lid and place a CD. Nothing to it. These newer models require the CD to be inserted into a slot near the bottom of the unit and it's quite finicky. Very easy for a CD to get stuck. Also, contrary to the instructions and specs, it will seldom play a home-burned MP3 CD. If only purchasing for the radio though, the sound is brilliant. It does indeed fill the room and reception on both AM and FM was quite good. I easily received a couple of station nearly 100 miles away with no external antenna.

Worth waiting for
I have a Bose surround system which has been great and I wanted to get a Wave radio for my bedroom for several years. The price of these is much for my budget but, I finally saved enough to get it. The sound is great and wake up alarm is perfect. The only feature I wish it had would be a battery backup like my old radio did. When the power is out for several days I could still have my wake up and time display.

Very old school...
This is an excellent sounding and very expensive clock radio. it simply doesn't have easy connectors for the kinds of devices people use today...you need cables to hook up an iphone or ipod and or any other MP3 device, which is pretty old fashioned. and there is only one port for cables....no USB connector. the CD player is pretty good, but skips on homemade CDs...I assume that its not well made. which, for this kind of money, is really inexcusable. so, you have a clock radio that sounds great, but really is not useful in todays MP3 world, and doesn't do a consistently good job playing CD's which are largely out of date anyway.... oddly, there are no real tone controls either. you can set tone for all items played, but cant change tone for any specific item as its controller from the set up menu in the remote. A very good idea to buy an extra remote, as everything but the on/off function works off the remote, which is a small device, easily misplaced.!! Bose needs to do serious updating on this otherwise quite nice sound system. not worth even the deep discounted price, unless you like to be awakened with very nice sound.
