A Disappointment
Unhappily, there are those who take almost ‘erotic’ delight in tearing Down idols and destroying myths- perfectly fine of course if said idols and myths need destroying. Alas, all this author has done is prove that his subject is human - with The faults and foibles we all have... nothing more. Those familiar with this family’s story will realize early on, this author Has not fact-checked everything that authors should...also, he has a Lousy editor who should have picked up on the mistakes. I had the feeling all through this book that the author had at one time Put this family on a pedestal and, as certain facts about various members lives came to light, his pedestal crumbled and he is now Venting his anger and disappointment in his writing.
